Bindery & Finishing
Printing is just half the process. Our in-house finishing takes a print job and turns it into a finished product. Cutting, collating, drilling, folding… our bindery equipment finishes the most common print projects. Specialty applications, such as embossing and foil stamping, will require more in-house production time, depending on the job quantity and our daily production schedule.
Coil Binding
Coil or comb binding for large documents. Available in different colors.
Folding
Half-fold, tri-fold (letterfold), double-parallel, and z-fold for text-weight and cover-weight. Scoring is available to prevent cracks during folding.
Round Cornering
Single round or multiple round
cornering on cover-weight stocks.
Numbering
Sequential numbering in black or red ink in
multiple positions and on multi-part carbonless forms.
Hole Drilling
Standard 3-hole drill or any non-standard format.
Wrap Around Books
Stapled books made from multi-part forms. Great for receipt books.
Padding
White glue padding for notepads
and NCR gluing for multi-part forms.
Scoring
Score cards for easier hand folding or to prevent cracking on a full color card.
Perfing
Available for card stock and some text-weight stocks.
